TRACKED BOOM PUMP
BCP TBP 2050
BUILT FOR ENVIRONMENTS WHERE OTHERS CANNOT OPERATE

TBP 20M 50 m³ Tracked Mobile Concrete Pump
High reach, powerful performance and uninterrupted concrete placement in the most demanding environments.
The TBP 20M 50 m³ Tracked Mobile Concrete Pump is engineered to overcome the access, mobility and concrete delivery challenges encountered in tunnels, metro systems, mines, dams and underground construction projects. Its tracked undercarriage provides confident mobility across narrow, inclined and uneven surfaces, while its four-section boom, 18-metre reach and 360° rotating final section enable access to multiple pouring points without repeatedly repositioning the machine.
Delivering a piston-side output of up to 50 m³/h and concrete pressure of up to 106 bar, the TBP 20M provides powerful, stable and reliable performance under intensive operating conditions. By integrating the concrete pump, placing boom, tracked drive system and control infrastructure into one compact unit, it reduces the need for additional equipment, extensive pipeline installations and complex site coordination.
The Boom Black Box control system and Boom Makina’s in-house software platform enable real-time performance monitoring, remote access and rapid fault detection. With its compact dimensions designed for standard road tunnels and its flexible transportation options, the TBP 20M is a highly efficient, dependable and versatile concrete placement solution—built to operate where conventional systems reach their limits.

CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS OF BOOM MAKINA
Usage Areas
Not every site offers a road, a flat surface or manoeuvring space. The TBP 20M was built to work in exactly these conditions.

Road and Railway Tunnels
Metro · Motorway · Railway · High-Speed Rail
The primary application area of the TBP 20M. Tunnel lining requires concrete pouring at the crown, shoulder and wall sections — ideal for locations where truck pumps cannot reach and stationary pumps cannot feed without a pipeline crew.
The machine advances to the active formwork section, reaches every pour point in sequence from a single position using the boom, and no additional pipeline installation is needed.
106 bar pressure — sufficient performance for every tunnel depth and counter-pressure.
Underground Mining and Galleries
Gallery Lining · Structural Concrete · Underground Civil Works
Uneven ground, narrow access, no room for a pipeline crew. The crawler chassis holds even on rough surfaces. The boom delivers direct placement — no pipeline to run, no one to send ahead to clear a blockage. 55 m³/hr output keeps the pour cycle continuous and consistent.

Urban Underground Structures
Underpasses · Station Structures · Infrastructure Substations
The ideal solution for projects with restricted headroom, no crane access, and sensitive adjacent structures. The machine advances to the pour point independently, minimising floor area occupied. 2888 mm machine width designed to match standard road tunnel formwork clearance profiles.
Remote and Off-Road Sites
DWhen there is no access road to the pour point, the crawler chassis keeps advancing.
The 135-litre diesel tank and 415-litre water capacity ensure uninterrupted operation through a complete pour cycle. 13,800 kg — transportable without specialist heavy-lift equipment.

Why the TBP 20M 50m³ Tracked Boom Pump?

Our Advantages
Integrated System
Pump + boom + crawler on a single unit. No second machine, no second crew. Single mobilisation, single position on site, single operator.
Designed & Adapted for Tunnels
2888 mm width, 3280 mm height — dimensioned to fit standard road tunnel formwork clearances. Every environmental constraint was a design input.
Hydraulic System
Underground refuelling is a luxury. The EP hydraulic system and optimised engine management keeps consumption low even at full capacity.
Boom Black Box
The system monitors itself while pumping. Stroke data, concrete pressure, boom position — all tracked in real time and automatically optimised. The operator sees everything on a single screen; if intervention is needed, the system has already flagged it.
No waiting for faults — they are predicted. Remote access allows connection from outside the site — no extra technical support or waiting time inside the tunnel. Comes standard. Not an option.

Every tunnel concrete pouring method has a limitation.
What Are the Common Problems in Tunnel Concrete Pouring Applications?
Truck-Mounted Concrete Pump
Most truck pumps cannot enter the tunnel section. Concrete is typically delivered via pipeline; the boom mostly operates outside the portal.
Stationary Concrete Pump
Requires high setup and operating cost. The pipeline must be rebuilt at every phase; this increases labour demand and causes time loss.
Crawler Hydraulic Distributor
Cannot operate independently. Requires an external pump, two machines and two crews; pipeline requirement continues.
Tracked Stationary Pump
Requires a pipeline to every pour point. This causes flow slowdown, blockage risk and extended operation time.
Machine Repositioning Problem
Systems that cannot access all pour zones from a single point require frequent repositioning. In tight tunnel conditions this process is time-consuming and poses operational risk.
TBP 20M Eliminates the Limitations.
Direct Access
The crawler structure enables the machine to enter the tunnel directly and reach the pour point. It advances on site without interruption.
Integrated Concrete Delivery
Concrete is delivered directly to the target point via the boom system. No additional pipeline installation is required.
One Machine, One Operation
The entire process is managed with a single machine. Additional equipment and complex site organisation are eliminated.
Continuous Pouring Cycle
The boom structure providing wide reach from a fixed position allows pouring operations to be completed quickly and continuously.
Safe and Controlled Operation
Operation becomes more stable, predictable and safe with the direct delivery system.
